Terms of service

1.The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Indalbo ("we", "us"). They cover your use of the Indalbo app at app.indalbo.com, this website at indalbo.com, and related services (together, "the service").

Indalbo gives every teammate a private AI agent. The agent learns your work from the accounts you connect, drafts replies, tracks the promises you make, prepares meetings, runs the mandates and workflows you set up, and can answer teammates' questions while you're away, within the sharing rules you set.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Indalbo. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

2.Early access

Indalbo is in early access and still evolving. Features may change, be added or be removed. There may be bugs or downtime along the way.

3.Your account

• One person per account. Please don't share your sign-in.
• Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use Indalbo for a company or other organization, you're agreeing to these terms on its behalf.
• Organization admins can invite members and remove them.

4.Free trial credit

Each new company receives a one-time $5 of free AI credit to try Indalbo. Personal accounts don't include it, and a person who already had a free trial doesn't get another one with a second company.

There's one free trial per person or company. Creating multiple accounts to get extra free credit isn't allowed and may lead to suspension.

5.Credits and payment

• Using AI features draws down your credits. When your credits run out, AI features pause until you buy more.
• Credits are prepaid top-ups, bought through Stripe at the prices shown before you pay. Only a company's admins can buy credits.
• Credits are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. They can't be transferred and have no cash value.
• Credits don't expire while your account is active. If your account is closed, or inactive for 12 months or more, we may expire your remaining credits. We'll give you notice before we do.
• We may change prices with notice. A price change doesn't affect credits you've already bought.
• Taxes may apply.

6.Acceptable use

Please use Indalbo fairly. Don't use it to:

• break the law;
• send spam, or harass anyone;
• upload or spread malware;
• scrape, overload or otherwise abuse the service;
• get around usage limits, credit limits or other restrictions;
• sign up with bots or other automated means;
• violate other people's privacy, or the terms of the services you connect;
• try to access other members' private data;
• reverse engineer the service; or
• resell access to the service.

We may suspend or end accounts that do.

7.Your agent, your approval

Your agent acts on your instructions and your approvals. Anything that sends, shares or spends, such as emails, invites, messages, purchases and shares, waits for your explicit approval. You're responsible for what you approve and send.

8.AI output

AI makes mistakes. What your agent writes, summarizes or suggests may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before you rely on it, especially before you approve an action.

Nothing Indalbo produces is professional advice. It is not legal, financial or medical advice.

9.Your content

Your content and data belong to you. That includes your chats, files, mandates, workflows, settings and the data from the accounts you connect.

You give us a limited license to process your content only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely, with no obligation to you.

10.Third-party services

Indalbo connects to services run by other companies. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we're not responsible for them. You can revoke any connection at any time.

11.Suspension and termination

You can stop using Indalbo at any time, and we can end the service for you at any time.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, abuse the service, don't pay, or put others at risk.

When an account ends, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.Disclaimers

Indalbo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or complete.

13.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $50.

Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

14.Indemnity

If you misuse Indalbo or break these terms, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to indemnify us. That means you'll cover the resulting losses, damages and reasonable costs, including legal fees.

15.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Indalbo is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Indalbo changes. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date and give you notice by email or in the app before material changes take effect. If you keep using Indalbo after that, you accept the updated terms.
