Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of Indalbo — the AI executive-team platform at app.indalbo.com, operated by Indalbo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Indalbo for a company, you're agreeing on its behalf.

2. Private beta

Indalbo is currently an invite-only private beta. The service is under active development: features may change, be added, or be removed, and occasional downtime or rough edges are part of the deal. The service is currently free to use during the beta; if we introduce paid plans, we'll give you clear notice before anything is charged.

3. What Indalbo does

Indalbo gives you a team of AI agents that work at your direction: you brief them, they carry out work using the tools and accounts you connect, and they report back. Two principles are built in:

• You approve what matters. Actions with real-world consequences — spending money, refunds, publishing publicly, deleting things — pause for your explicit approval in the app.
• You stay in command. You can watch work happen, stop tasks, set budgets, and disconnect any tool at any time.

4. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe and your account information accurate. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 (and old enough to form a contract where you live) to use Indalbo.

5. Your content and data

Everything you bring to Indalbo — your conversations, files, business data, and the data from services you connect — remains yours. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell it and never use it to train AI models.

6. Connected services

When you connect a third-party service (a storefront, print-on-demand provider, email tool, social account, and so on), you authorize Indalbo to act on it within the permissions you grant. Your relationship with each connected service is directly between you and that provider, governed by their own terms — connecting them through Indalbo doesn't change your obligations to them, and you're responsible for having the right to connect the accounts you connect.

7. AI can be wrong

Your AI team is capable, but AI-generated work can contain mistakes. Review important output before relying on it, and treat recommendations — including anything touching pricing, finances, taxes, or law — as informed suggestions, not professional advice. Business decisions, and their outcomes, remain yours.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Indalbo to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam or deceptive content through connected channels, probe or disrupt the platform's security or other customers' workspaces, or circumvent the approval gates. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

9. Trademarks and third parties

All product names, logos, and brands referenced in the service are the property of their respective owners. Indalbo is an independent product and is not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with any of the platforms it connects to.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Indalbo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

12. Termination

You can stop using Indalbo and delete your organization at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy — deleted with your workspace, with a full purge available on request.

13. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially, we'll post the update here with a new effective date and tell you in the app or by email. Using the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
